Now that I'm looking at it more, it seems like a fairly short figure. No taller than 4-5 feet tall. It seems to be wide, and have a head of sorts. Also it stops the light from the car reflectors, so its got some substance to it, and is non-refractive. It reflects some light, hence the reason we're able to see it. This is pretty classic of the "Short Dark Entities" which are often seen. But very seldom are they caught on film.
