Now these aren't orbs right? Just making sure, but they look like trigger objects (balls or balloons) which were left in that location. They have obvious 3 dimensional properties.

Looks like some type of all purpose gym balls or beach balls.

Yes they are balls that are in Lilly's room. visitors bring candy and toys and leave them for her.
