This was taken with a full spectrum camera, all investigators are in shot or behind camera. Nobody else present. Ignoring the flare from the cctv who is the figure at the back? This appeared in several shots over a minute then did not when we tried to replicate this about 1/2 later.

In the doorway or to the left of it? Cause i see something in the doorway right above the purple. But i also see something to the left of it. Looks like someone is holding their hands in front of them.

No, right above the purple, looking like a head, shoulder and arm with a wisp going downwards like the side of a body. The figure you can see on the left is a plastic mockup of a 18th century sailor. Well spotted though!
