Discuss photo: Something Flying

To me it has the appearance of a slow shutter snap (evident by the otherwise "soft focus" and the photo is a bit dark which would cause it) with something natural moving in front of the lens such as a strap or even some hair. The anomaly seems to be in the direct foreground of the photo which would also point to this by common standards.

Not a definitive answer by any means...just an amatuer opinion.

I think its from slow shutter speed and the light right above.

I think it's just light anomaly...
