That is cool! I saw something like that yesterday and it looked like string floating upwards.

The top object by the picture is a reflection of the light from the flash off of the glass in the frame to the wall. The other two dots by the calendar are classic lens flares from some object out of frame to the right. Lens flares commonly come in groups, and are around in nature without the marked brighter border which a dust orb may have.
