Hi iburyem,
No not referring to the smear.No way to smear with my camera on my HTC One S phone. I'm referring to the bottom 3rd window from left. Next to the middle window that is lite up. The bottom larger windows. Once again I took this picture on 7/21/12. All I wanted to do is take a picture of the beautiful old church.
