My grandpa recently passed away and my sister keeps thinking he's looming around watching us. She took this picture with her phone and it kinda looked like ghostly pictures I've seen on ghost shows on tv. I wanted to see what you guys thought. I don't know if it's some sort of anomaly from the camera or something else. Would love to hear what you think!

I believe there was flash but not completely sure. I didn't think it was paranormal but now that I got a second opinion I can put my sister at ease
