That is what my husband caught while I was in the kitchen and I believe what my husband caught was an orb.

really? Oh cool! I will have to look more closely lol! I am not frightened or anything with seeing orbs and seeing apparitions. When I am not expecting them, they tend to scare me lol!

Possibly a orb. But you can take many pictures and see these do to dust.Orbs are something i think we can rarely prove or disprove.
