A friend snapped this picture...and at first it creeped me out...then after looking it several times, I'm not convinced. If you look up the road and to the left of the triangle sign, it looks like a hooded figure. Now that part of the wall sticks out unlike the rest, so it wouldn't be shadowed anyway. To me it looks like a light reflection as their is a housing estate and a school near by. What do u all think? Let me know.

Honestly it could be anything..it was a good distance away, and flash always makes things tricky to pick apart.

It could me a high moisture area, or flog, but the light is reflecting off of something

I think I will agree with your assessment that it is the wall with the reflection of the light across the street shining on it. Like you said, this could be anything.

I agree. I don't think this is paranormal, but I do think that you're being very objective in your assessment. That's to be commended.

Thank you all for comments. My friend argued with me about if it was light then the light would be on the floor aswell...and something about it reflecting. I'm still not convinced! Haha.

I would also agree it is a light reflection because I can see so many different sources of light in the picture, including the camera flash.

My friend used his camera phoned which didn't have a flash.

Was he doing an investigation, or was randomly taking photos at night?

Yes I can see a figure by the red sign post! Not sure wether paranormal or just a blurred movement shot of someone actually there! You need to zoom in to see it properly, but def something there .
