This is actually a disembodied voice taken from the former Brothels in Deadwood, SD. This was captured in the former men’s parlor. This is where men would wait for a “turn”. It’s a pretty stereotypical “ghost” sound. We hear a “woohoo”, almost sounding enticing, calling the next customer. You can hear our investigators react to it and repeat it. We had two separate groups out at this time, in completely different areas. They both actually thought the other group was trying to prank them and were shocked to find it was not the other group.
