Folks we've added another new feature to the Ghosts & Haunts site.

The new feature is a Help Desk ticketing system. This will allow you to create support or help tickets if you run into a situation where you need assistance. There are several categories and the list will be expanded shortly.

This feature is accessible even if you don't currently have an account or if you can not get into your account. To access the feature simply click on the "Contact US" link at the bottom of any page.

This will quickly take you to the help desk system where you can create a ticket and begin the support process.

It our hope that as we progress you'll be able to create help desk requests for most any subject and not just website support issues.
